Do not even think about using this guy as a tiler. We are unfortunately having to rip up 500 square feet of marble tiles at a massive cost and inconvenience. This guy calls himself a tiler yet cannot keep a tile gap consistent to save his life. A planned g tile gap of 1/16 ranges from absolute zero (butt joined tiles) to gaps as wide as 1/4 inch. Rather than cut a tile around our expensive WIR shelving, he took it on himself to simply cut the shelving out of the way (actually cut would give the false impression that some level of care was taken - when he has simply hacked his way through). He undertakes no planning and has tilework that isn’t even laid square with walls, fails to clean down thinset as he works which leaves grout gaps filled, and has even put in a couple broken tiles (obviously much smarter than replacing broken tiles), and has used permanent marker on marble which cannot be removed.\r\nBottom line is this guy is not a tiler and has absolutely no skill or care. Cannot warn you enough to choose someone else.
